Cancellation Policy

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge.

No shows are charged full price of appointment

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged minimum 50% of price of appointment

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may start your service on time or even early. Service begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other clients.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health condition, allergies, or injury that could affect your service.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. Conversations in the treatment room never leave the treatment room, nor do we share any client information. Health history forms and email lists are confidential.

Wild Desert Rose is a single treatment room studio. We will always have a sign on the door indicating the status of a session or if we are open or closed. If there is a treatment in session when you arrive, please wait quietly until the appointment has ended. We welcome you to relax on our shaded porch.
